- Mission Statement: To provide Legislative protection and educational opportunity for the Self-Storage Industry in Georgia. Self-Storage facility owners and vendors are welcome.
- Free Membership: Our $195 yearly fee is usually more than covered by our 10% building insurance discount. This rebate is available to members only with an average savings of $350 per facility
- National Self-Storage Association Membership (S.S.A.): Our members enjoy an affiliate membership in the National Self-Storage Association with magazine subscription and other benefits. A regular Self-Storage Association membership costs over $300 per year.
- Monthly Luncheon: Presentations on important self-storage topics on the second Tuesday of each month at the Vinings Club on West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia.
- Educational Classes: Classes are offered for employees and owners. National speakers provide great information on legal topics, marketing and operations at discounted fees.
- Self-Storage Lease: The Georgia Self-Storage Lease is available to members. Many self-storage owners in Georgia are operating with legally deficient leases. In Georgia, an improper lease may automatically cause failure in judicial proceedings. Scott Zucker, a nationally recognized self-storage attorney, monitors our lease on an on-going basis.
