Use our copyrighted lease agreement

The GASSA has changed Georgia state statutes and revised its Georgia Rental Agreement. This is a copyrighted lease that may be used by current GASSA members only.

Membership in the National Self Storage Association

Your Georgia membership buys affiliated membership into the national association. They track and fight attempts to:

charge sales tax on storage rentals
replace private self storage with military base storage
dictate the amount of late fees

Networking & Meetings

GASSA’s monthly luncheons at The Vinings Club facilitate communication, networking and business opportunities by providing speakers who address timely storage topics. Non-members are invited to attend a luncheon prior to joining.

Communications and the SSA Globe Magazine

GASSA members receive the SSA Globe magazine monthly (6,000 circulation). This covers new topics of national concern to storage owners.
