Written cancellations must be received by September 1, 2018. A $25 processing/handling fee will be assessed on all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. After September 1, 2018 there will be no refunds. Registration, attendance or participation in the GASSA Convention & Expo constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GASSA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
