Since 2005, Debbie has worked to cultivate relationships with CPA firms, commercial real estate developers and investors, asset/portfolio managers, and owners. Debbie began her career managing apartment communities, increasing ROI and occupancy on her properties. Most recently, Debbie pioneered Open House Atlanta, which offers the public a unique opportunity to explore some of the city's most iconic and unique architectural treasures. In its inaugural year (October 2017), over 5,100 visitors enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of over forty new and historical properties that shape the heart of the city. She is a member of American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) International, Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Virtual Inner Sanctum Alliance (VISA). Debbie received her MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and her BS in Telecommunication Production from the College of Journalism at the University of Florida.
