Michael Morrison has been a licensed agent in South Carolina since 2006 and is a member of the Central Carolina Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Realtors as well as served on the Georgia and South Carolina Self Storage Association boards. He is also a broker in Alabama, North Carolina, and Georgia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina. Michael has specialized in representing self storage owners and investors for over 10 years and has been involved in 100's of millions of self storage transactions. He currently owns four self storage facilities, most of which were ground-up developments, which enhances his knowledge and understanding of our industry.
