Chaos to Control: Collections, Delinquencies and Online Auctions

As an owner of multiple storage faculties for over 20 years, online auctions have changed what auction day looks like for me. Instead of the chaos, we now have (at our finger tips) a tool that allows us to put a process in place that can drive up occupancy and lower delinquencies. Having the ability to hold auctions with any number of units while drawing more viewers and bidders and having no crowds at your facility. We, as owners can now put policies in place to handle delinquent tenants instead of the “bidders” having a policy that told us we needed to have 6-10 units for them to show up.
